Self-Leadership Training

The main difference between self-management and self-leadership is that in self-management we use what we already know; we use our past experiences, established behaviors and what we already know to achieve results that we know are obtainable for us. In self-leadership, we create new goals, new ways of thinking and new behaviors to achieve new results.

The Self-Leadership Training focuses primarily on how to motivate and lead oneself successfully to better outcomes and work fulfillment. In the training, the participants will learn, among other things, the following:

  • The importance of goals as factors that guide our actions and activities
  • Identifying and utilizing one’s own values as a tool for self-leadership
  • Where our motivation comes from and how to use it in daily life
  • The importance of our emotional states to our actions
  • Getting into the appropriate emotional states
  • Prioritizing tasks
  • How to think differently to achieve better results
  • Asking the right kind of questions

The participants of this training will get the most effective and modern tools for running their own minds and thinking more purposefully. They will learn how their internal goals guide their behavior and how they can tap into their own motivation. They will get the tools to build better emotional states that guide their decision making and actions. After the training the participants will have effective tools for self-leadership and self-motivation that they can use, not only in their work, but in all aspects of their lives.
