Limiting beliefs might very well be the most significant reason why we are not getting the results we want in our life. It is important to realize, however, that beliefs have nothing to do with reality – beliefs really are just beliefs.
The purpose of the Beliefs and Their Meaning to Our Results Training is to give the participants a clear understanding of the significance of beliefs as guiding – and limiting – factors in our life.
The training is for all who feel like living with breaks on, or who are struggling with frustrations, impatience, indolence or even fears. The training is also a benefit to those who are looking for more suitable ways of acting in order to achieve their desired outcomes.
The training contains practical and useful NLP techniques and exercises that will help the participants to get insights and actual tools to identify and change their limiting beliefs.
In the training we will address, among other things, the following subjects:
- The functions and significance of our representational systems
- The significance of beliefs as guides on our behavior
- The creation process of beliefs
- Identifying limiting beliefs
- Changing limiting beliefs
After the training, the participants will posses basic skills and tools to identify and change their limiting beliefs.
